hello these are my beauty tips that I wanted to make a blog about
1.wake up early ☀️
2.after waking up meditate its really good for your body and your mental health π§♀️
3.move your body do exercises it will reduce your body flow π♀️π
4.do your skin care
cleanse your skin ,spray your face with an aromatherapy mist and incorporate with different ingredients as needed,whether it is rose or lavender π§΄π«§π♀️
5.hair:
once a week do a hair mask . I take my conditioner and leave it on for about 45 minutes under my shower cap and i swich up my conditioner from time to time so that my hair disenchantment get used to it ππ♀️
